We offer a flexible and user friendly refund policy i.e. if for any reason the client wants to cancel registration then the request should come to us in written i.e. via an email. They can also inform us by calling our support line but processing will start after receiving email from the address mentioned during sign up process.
If we get cancellation request email within the first week from the date of fee submission with Alfalah24h Academy ; we will refund 80% of the submitted fee. Cancellation request generated after one week will make the client eligible for 50% refund. Any request received after 2 weeks will not be entertained.
We’ll refund with in 30 days after receiving the cancellation request in the form of any suitable payment transfer method based on a mutual consensus.
